F.A.S.E. Health

F.A.S.E has chosen to focus on community health as another opportunity to empower the families and students we serve. Families in low income areas are 3 times more likely to experience chronic health issues, increased exposure to STIs, and unaddressed mental health concerns. We assist in improving quality of life in undeserved communities, and the promotion of living a healthy lifestyle plays a major role.

F.A.S.E has integrated health programming as a free service to the families, schools, and facilities we serve. The following services/resources are available to all F.A.S.E partner schools and members of the communities we serve:

  • Sexual Health Education Screenings

  • Referrals and Access to Free STD/STI Testing Centers

  • Access to Local Sexual Health Resources

  • Access to Free Sexual Protection (Condoms)

  • Counseling Referrals for STD/STI Exposure

  • Counseling Referrals for Mental Health Concerns

  • Counseling Referrals for Exposure to Childhood Trauma

  • Counseling Referrals for Families in Need

  • Diet, Fitness, and Chronic Illness Education
