Goals need to be S.M.A.R.T.

• S- Specific. Your goal should be specific and targeted. Preferably aligned with your business, personal, or family mission.

• M- Measurable. You have to be able to track your progress and know when you have met your goal.

• A- Actionable. Ask yourself. Is this goal realistic?Can you realistically achieve this goal?

• R- Relevant. Why is this goal important to you? You have to make sure this goal is related to a topic you care about. 

• T- Timebound. Have a deadline for each goal. Make sure you are clear on when you want to reach this goal.
